Shipping policy

At SleepEase (operated by AATTOM Group LLC), we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can start your journey to better sleep.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of purchase, including processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS from our U.S.-based warehouse.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears to be lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or shows a "delivered" status but has not arrived, please contact us at support@get-sleepease.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you in accordance with our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control, but we will do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
