At SleepEase Pro, we stand behind our product with a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If SleepEase Pro isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 100 days from the date you receive your SleepEase Pro to request a full refund. Because our device works by progressively strengthening your throat muscles over time, we require a minimum of 30 consecutive nights of use before a return can be processed. This policy exists for your benefit — to give your body enough time to respond to the treatment and experience real, measurable improvements.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have used the device for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights
  • The device must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at support@get-sleepease.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@get-sleepease.com. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Lifetime Warranty

SleepEase Pro comes with a lifetime warranty covering electronic defects of the device. If your device malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover adhesive patches, which are consumable accessories, or damage resulting from misuse or modifications.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Adhesive patches (consumable accessories)
  • Gift cards
  • Orders where the 100-day guarantee period has expired

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
