Tried one of those $900 dental mouth guards. Made my jaw hurt and didn't work. Sleepease worked better and cost less. Dentist wasted my money.

Doctor said I stopped breathing 89 times per hour. That's more than once per minute. Was basically suffocating all night. Using this for 2 months and down to 12 times. Life changing.

The guilt of being a burden to my wife was terrible. She looked exhausted all the time from my snoring. Finally doing something about it and she's sleeping great now.

My son said I was always grumpy with him. Made me realize how much the fatigue was affecting my parenting. More patient and present now that I'm actually rested.

honestly my sex drive was completely gone. Didn't make the connection to sleep until my doctor mentioned low testosterone from sleep apnea. Already noticing improvements after 6 weeks. My wife is happy about that lol.

The relationship problems were getting serious. We barely talked anymore, no intimacy, just going through the motions. Sleeping in the same bed again fixed more than I expected. We're actually close again.
